Settings and Clinic Configuration

Configure the clinic once, and the whole product follows

Anyura keeps configuration in one place, organized around what an operator is trying to change rather than around which engineer built it. A global search deep links straight into the exact subsection, so finding a setting takes a phrase instead of a guided tour of the menu — and changing one does not take a support ticket.

05 sections

Business setup

Business details, opening hours, locations, phone number, logo and branding all live under one heading, along with the advanced settings. Hours drive the calendar and the booking page. Branding drives what clients see in the portal and in your messages. Locations cover clinics running from more than one address.

Calendar and appointments

Appearance settings control how the schedule reads, right down to the granularity of the time slots. Booking rules define the constraints your staff work inside. These are clinic level settings, so the schedule looks and behaves the same for everyone rather than depending on who set up their view first.

Payments and checkout

Payment accounts connect your own payment processing, and tipping configuration decides whether and how gratuity gets asked for at checkout. Payment readiness is visible right in settings, so you know card collection is live without testing it on a real client at the counter.

Online booking, grouped the way you think about it

Booking access, bookable content, time rules, staff selection and portal options sit together, which is how a clinic actually reasons about its public booking presence. Changing what the public can book never means touching your internal calendar rules.

Feature management, so you run only what you need

Modules can be switched on or off, so the product is the size of your clinic. A single location day spa and a multi location injectables group can run the same system without either one drowning in the other's features.

Questions

What clinics ask about Settings

Q1
Can settings differ by location?
Locations are configured inside business setup, and users are assigned to the locations they actually work at.
Q2
How do we find a specific setting?
Global search across settings deep links straight into the relevant subsection.
Q3
Do we have to ask support to change a policy?
No. Hours, booking rules, tipping, branding and feature modules are all yours to change.
