The work itself — and how we do it.

Operator-first hiring

Every product hire shadows a clinic floor in their first month — front desk on a Saturday, not a discovery call. We don't ship features the front desk would mock.

Small teams, long arcs

Every project has a directly-responsible individual. No squads-of-six. The person who designs it ships it; the person who ships it supports it for the first month.

Write before you build

Every meaningful change starts as a memo. The memo is the spec. We delete more memos than we ship — and that's the point.

Calm, not hurried

We work eight hours, five days a week. We don't ship on Fridays. We don't page on weekends unless a clinic can't take payment. The product is calm because the team is.
