Product Manager (Full-Time)

Define and ship two connected products: Anyura, an operating system for medical aesthetic clinics, and AwwBeauty, a bilingual medical-aesthetics community. This is a hands-on early-stage PM role close to users, engineers, and product quality.

• 01Own product discovery with medspa clinic owners, front desk teams, providers, practice managers, and consumers.
• 02Turn messy clinic workflows into clear product requirements for scheduling, patient journey, treatment records, photos, consents, billing, communications, reporting, and staff permissions.
• 03Define AwwBeauty flows for posting, reviews, clinic/product/doctor profiles, appointment intent, messaging, trust and safety, and bilingual UX.
• 04Write PRDs, acceptance criteria, user stories, edge cases, launch notes, and QA checklists.
• 05Prioritize roadmap decisions with the founder and engineering team based on user value, risk, implementation cost, and business impact.
• 06Verify shipped behavior, collect feedback, and convert findings into the next iteration.

• 012+ years of product management, founder/operator, product design, or product-heavy engineering experience.
• 02Strong written communication and the ability to make ambiguous workflows concrete.
• 03Good judgment around MVP scope, user value, engineering tradeoffs, and launch risk.
• 04Comfortable working directly with engineers and reading technical docs or API behavior when needed.
• 05Strong user empathy and curiosity about how clinics actually operate day to day.

• 01Experience with healthcare, medical aesthetics, clinic software, vertical SaaS, marketplace/community products, payments, messaging, or compliance-sensitive products.

• 03Figma/prototyping ability, SQL/analytics ability, or prior zero-to-one startup experience.
