Every clinic has a folder of forms that changes twice a year and ends up out of date in three places at once. Anyura turns those forms into templates, sends them to the client, collects the signature, and files the result against the person it belongs to — so the version somebody signed is never a mystery.

Templates for intake, consent and charting
Chart templates, consent templates and intake documents are all authored inside the product. Updating a template changes what future clients are asked to sign without touching anything already signed, so your historical records keep the exact wording that was actually put in front of that person.
Signatures collected wherever the client is
A client signs in the treatment room as a step inside the visit, or ahead of time through the portal using a dedicated link and access code. Either way the signed document lands in the same place, so nobody at the front desk has to work out which route it came in through.

A document library on the client record
Signed documents, client uploads and clinic issued paperwork are grouped on the record and opened in an embedded viewer. Staff read a document without downloading it, exporting it, or leaving the record they were already working in.
Permission to sign, held separately from clinical access
The right to sign patient documents is its own permission, separate from managing clinical templates or reading charts. That means front desk staff can collect a signature without being handed clinical access — which is almost always exactly what a clinic wants and rarely what it can configure.

- Can clients complete forms before they arrive?
- Yes. Paperwork and signatures can be finished in the client portal ahead of the visit, so the appointment starts on time.
- Does changing a template alter documents already signed?
- No. Signed documents keep the version that was presented to the client at the time they signed it.
- Can front desk staff collect signatures without seeing clinical notes?
- Yes. Signing is a separate permission from clinical access, so the two can be granted independently.
