An aesthetic clinic buys product that expires, is regulated, and gets used a fraction of a vial at a time. Anyura tracks inventory down to the lot, so stock, expiry and traceability live in one system instead of a spreadsheet somebody updates on a Sunday night and nobody else trusts.
Lot level stock, not just a product count
Every unit belongs to a lot with its own quantity and expiry date. When product is used or sold, the movement is written against that lot, which means you can say which client received which lot without reconstructing it from memory and a delivery note.

Deliveries are received against the products they belong to. Stock counts reconcile the shelf against the system and record the variance rather than quietly overwriting it. Expiry is tracked by lot, so product coming up on its date is visible while there is still time to use it instead of write it off.

Movement history shows what changed, when and why. Consumption from a treatment, a retail sale, a delivery, an adjustment and a count correction all show up as separate events, which turns a stock discrepancy from an argument into a question with an answer.

Reorder rules so you never find out on a full day
Inventory rules carry a threshold per SKU, automatic reorder behavior and supplier configuration. Stock that drops below its threshold triggers the reorder path you set, so nobody discovers the shortage at eight in the morning on a fully booked injectables day.
Reporting that connects product to revenue
The Product Inventory report shows on hand counts and stock value. Product Usage shows what got consumed against treatments and what sold at retail. Read together, they tell you whether your product cost is moving in line with the revenue it produced — which is the number most clinics are estimating rather than reading.

- Yes. Usage is recorded against the lot, so if a lot is ever recalled you can identify the affected visits directly instead of guessing.
