AI Agent and Report Narration

Ask your clinic data a question and get an answer you can check
Anyura's AI layer is built around one principle: an answer is only worth having if it is grounded in your clinic's actual records. Nothing the assistant says reaches a screen until it has been verified against the data it claims to describe — which is the difference between a tool your team trusts by March and one they quietly stop opening.
05 sections
Reports that explain themselves in plain English
Any report can be narrated in plain language. The narration is generated from a fact set of aggregate numbers and labels rather than raw records, and the result is cached against those numbers, so the same month always reads the same way. No patient information is sent to the model to produce it.
Ask a real question about your own clinic
The assistant plans a structured query, the server runs it against your own tenant, and the result comes back as a count and a result set. Client information is loaded separately, straight to the authenticated user who has permission to see it, and that disclosure is recorded. The model plans the question. It never becomes the route by which private data leaves your clinic.
Grounding before anything is displayed
Every answer passes a verification step before it is shown. A claim that cannot be tied back to executed data does not reach the screen. A service your clinic does not offer is rejected rather than answered with a confident zero — which is exactly the failure mode that quietly ruins trust in an analytics assistant.

What the assistant can actually reach
It runs structured queries, fetches a single record, lists campaigns, browses clinic configuration such as services, staff, rooms, package and membership tiers and document templates, and lists real records including patients, appointments, leads, waitlist entries and referrals. Once an answer clears grounding, it can render a PDF, a CSV or a tax packet in the background.
Memory that stays yours
Chat history is encrypted and scoped to your clinic and the user who created it. Saved segments and pinned metrics act as the assistant's memory of what this particular clinic cares about, so a question you ask every month gets faster instead of starting from scratch.
Questions
What clinics ask about AI assistant
- Is patient data sent to the AI model?
- Report narration uses aggregate facts with no patient information in them. In the question and answer flow, private records are loaded directly to the authorized user rather than through the model.
- What stops the assistant inventing a number?
- Answers are verified against executed query results before they are displayed, and references to services your clinic does not offer are rejected rather than answered.
- Who can see the chat history?
- It is encrypted and scoped to the clinic and the user who created it, under the same permissions as the rest of the product.
