Super Admin and Multi Location Platform
Run one clinic or a hundred, on the same platform
Anyura was built as a multi tenant platform from the first line. Each clinic is a tenant with its own data, staff, catalog, payment account and configuration, and a super admin layer sits above them for provisioning and oversight. Growing from one location to six is a configuration, not a migration.
Standing up a new location
A new tenant is created from the super admin area with its own isolated environment. There is no shared pool of clients, appointments or financial records between clinics, and nothing gets inherited by accident. Isolation is enforced on data access rather than assumed at the interface, which is the only version of it that actually holds.
Plans and subscriptions
Subscription and plan management, including a plans editor, sits at the platform level. Plans define what a tenant can reach, which lets the platform expand what it offers without a code change for every commercial arrangement.
Oversight without intrusion
A tenant list dashboard shows every clinic on the platform, and a detail view opens a single one for administration. A home dashboard gives oversight across the whole estate. Privileged access is explicit rather than a side effect of a role name, so administrative reach is deliberate and recorded.
Why isolation matters more in aesthetics
Clinics on a shared platform hold protected health information and take payment as their own merchant of record. Isolation is a privacy requirement and a financial one at the same time. Every business read and write is scoped to the calling tenant unless a super admin action explicitly says otherwise.
a super admin layer
- A tenant list dashboard
- a detail view
- A home dashboard
- a plans editor
Each clinic is a tenant
- its own data, staff, catalog, payment account and configuration
Every business read and write is scoped to the calling tenant
Built for groups and franchises
A group runs multiple sites while keeping each one's records, staff assignments and reporting separate, and users are assigned to the locations they actually work at. Roll up where you want the whole picture, drill down where you need the site.
Questions
What clinics ask about Multi-location
- Can one clinic see another clinic's data?
- No. Data access is scoped to the tenant making the request, enforced below the interface.
- Does a group need a separate installation for each site?
- No. Sites run as tenants on one platform, administered from a single super admin layer.
- Can a provider work across two locations?
- Yes. Users are assigned to the locations they work at, so someone covering two sites sees both.
