Reports and Analytics
The numbers that tell you how the clinic is really doing
Anyura ships a full reporting suite, not a dashboard with four tiles on it. Every report takes a custom date range, compares against a prior period, and exports to CSV — so you can answer the question in the product and still hand the working out to your accountant.
Monthly Insights, ten ways to read one month
A closed month is presented in ten layouts — deck, ledger, trend, ranking, heatmap, mix, multiples, digest, matrix and waterfall. The same month reads differently depending on what you are asking, and the layouts exist so nobody has to rebuild the analysis in a spreadsheet at the end of every month.

Start at the Command Center
The Command Center is the operating overview: revenue, bookings, utilization and retention, each measured against the period before. It is the screen an owner opens first thing, and it points straight at the detailed report behind anything that moved.
Money
Sales Summary rolls up gross, net, discounts, tax and tips. Service Sales breaks revenue out by service line. Unearned Income Balance shows deferred revenue held against future delivery, Deposit Activity follows deposits taken, applied and refunded, and Payments shows collected money by method with the whole path from attempted to settled.
Recurring revenue
Package Usage, Outstanding Packages and Package Sales cover the full life of a prepaid bundle. Membership Payments, Membership Service Usage, Memberships Started and Memberships Cancelled do the same for recurring plans. Gift Card Liability totals the stored value still owed to holders.
Demand, retention and where new clients come from
Business Intelligence covers appointments and sales, including booking trends, lead time and no show patterns. Client Retention measures return rates and lapse risk by cohort. Appointment Cancellations breaks losses down by reason and by provider, and Lead Conversion Funnel, Email Campaign Performance and Referral Rewards show which marketing actually produced a patient.
Operations and compliance
Product Inventory and Product Usage cover stock and consumption. Waitlist Conversion shows how much demand the waitlist recovered, Charting Completion shows how much clinical documentation is finished and approved, and Communication Volume shows message and call load by channel.

Questions
What clinics ask about Reports
- Can we compare this month against last year?
- Yes. Custom date ranges and comparison controls are available on every report, not just the headline ones.
- Can reports be exported?
- Every report exports to CSV, so your accountant gets the working rather than a screenshot.
- Can we see performance by provider?
- Yes. Revenue, cancellations and utilization break down by provider, which is what makes the numbers actionable rather than just interesting.
- Do we get retention numbers, or just revenue?
- Client Retention measures return rates and lapse risk by cohort, alongside the revenue reporting.
